Q: Can I have my order sent to more than one address?

Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

YES, We (do) ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Orders will be shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on the customers choice at checkout. We cannot ship large orders (over $100) to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

YES, We (do) ship outside of the USA.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package and is returned to us we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season shipping delivery times may vary.

Q: Shipping

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders are subject to product availability and generally ship in 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.

You can track your order status online by logging in to your account, on PowerSlutRacing.com.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PowerSlutRacing.com ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select an available product, or cancel your order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be notified via email or phone call about such, and those orders will be cancelled.

Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via email or phone, should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.

Some items we sell may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.

Power Slut Racing reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.

Q: Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Including customers who received free outbound shipping; all shipping costs for returns and/or items exchanged and shipped back to the customer is the customer's responsibility.

Q: Returning an Item

Power Slut Racing takes every precaution to insure that all items are packaged in a way to avoid any damage during shipping. If shipping damage does occur, the shipping carrier and Power Slut Racing must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Power Slut Racing stands behind our products 100% and will help with any installation or fitment issue. Damage during installation is not the responsibility of Power Slut Racing. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

All used parts sales are final. Used parts are non-refundable, non-returnable. Used parts are sold 'as-is' with no guarantee expressed or implied.

All electronic parts sales are final. Electronic parts are non-refundable, non-returnable.

All returns require pre-authorization before refunds, exchanges or credits will be processed. Power Slut Racing will make every effort to satisfy your needs.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order date, with approval only. No returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase. Once we authorize the merchandise to be returned, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be written on the outside of the package. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in the process of returning any part of an order. Returned packages must be sent pre-paid. COD packages will be refused and returned at customers expense. It is required that ALL returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged. Please send the merchandise in its original condition and packaging to:

Any product returning to PowerSlutRacing.com must be in its original, unused condition with its original packaging intact. All product contents must be returned in the original condition as well. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Any returns that are sent without a return authorization number will cause delays in correcting any issues you may have. Please contact us first!

Shipping and handling /insurance charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to be processed.

All special order sales are final. Special order parts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. All custom made items parts are special order.
